Write your answer(s) below. The main barriers I believe was perception and emotion. Even though it was explained to these girls that it would benefit them to switch up their routine they perceived that it was only to benefit the company in one way or another. I also think that their emotion is involved in the choice as well. I know some of these girls go eat, get snacks and other things that don't involve work and they don't want to change their daily routine. The way I would try to overcome these barriers is to physically show the girls that if we followed the advice of the point paper that it woulod save them probably an hour everyday. This meaning they could go home early or call and get another house to possibly make extra money.
